Singer-songwriter from Brushfire Records Zee Avi made her appearance in the international music scene in 2009, after being discovered via YouTube, and soon found herself on a plane to LA where she recorded her debut album. Her music has captured the attention of both the public and the critics, fast making this "YouTube sensation" a household name. Not bad for the 24-year-old, Borneo-born songstress. Listen to this inspiring story as Noise chats with Zee about her musical journey. Zee will then close the session with a special acoustic performance at the end.

A veteran in the publishing industry, 3-time SOPA (Society of Publishers in Asia) Award Editor/Creative Director Kelley Cheng recently set up The Press Room, a publishing and design consultancy, after an 8-year stint as the Editorial/Creative Director of Page One Publishing. What made this multi-hyphenate creative (she's the Editor-in-Chief of Singapore Architect, owner of Night & Day and 15 Minutes and a regular design competition judge, amongst many other roles) decide to set up a new studio? How does the architecturally-trained designer shift from one genre of design to another, and from one trade to another? Find out in this talk as Kelley shares her process and philosophy in publishing and design, as well as the different projects she's completed in the past year.

Managing Partner/Creative Strategist, Sunshine/M&C Saatchi [Asia], Rob Campbell started his working life as a session guitarist for some of the worst popstars of the 1980s before entering adland at Agency Of The Decade, HHCL. He's worked with brands such as Virgin, Mother, IKEA, Mini and Apple and in 2005, joined Y&R as its Asia Regional Creative Brand Planning Director. Rob joined M&C Saatchi as the Managing Partner and Creative Strategy Director for its creative planning consultancy, Sunshine. Rob is also very, very pro-East. Rob's presentation "Nothing Great Happens If You Follow The Rules" talks about how Asian creativity comes in many shapes, sizes and skills and by understanding it, you can do things that can change your World and maybe a few other's as well.
