NAC has the right to disqualify and/or at any time remove from the NAC and/or Noise Singapore website, works that are in breach of these Terms, or works that are deemed, in NAC's sole and absolute opinion, to contain obscene, racist, unethical, dangerous, violent or legally objectionable material or material that may infringe upon any person's personal or property rights.
Only Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents will be eligible for the Noise Singapore Award (previously known as Noise Singapore Prize). The winners' names will also be published on the Noise Singapore website. Participants of Noise Art Mentorship and Noise Music Mentorship will be rated by the respective art form panels. Top-rated artists will be shortlisted for the Noise Singapore Award and invited to submit a proposal for the Noise Singapore Award grant of up to $5,000. The proposal should state the artist's aspirations and artistic vision, as well as help the artist develop skills and/or exposure to benefit his/her artistic development. The Noise Singapore Award will be given to artists with the strongest portfolio, artistic vision and project proposal. Each Noise participant is only entitled to win once.
Submission to the Noise Music Mentorships closes on 24 Jun 2017. NAC accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Selected works may be showcased in the Noise Singapore Festival and/or other Noise events/platforms. For the purpose of showcasing the selected creative works, NAC may require a high quality copy of the selected work from the participants.
NAC will not be responsible for any loss or expense or damage to any person or belongings caused as a result of or in connection with any participation in Noise Singapore.
Intellectual property of the works submitted belongs to the artist (being the person who created such works). The artist grants to NAC and its affiliates and partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence in perpetuity to utilise each work submitted, whether in whole or in part, including for any promotional/archival purposes. Where appropriate, artists will be duly acknowledged.
Submission details remain the property of NAC.

Your continued participation following any amendment to these Terms will signify your acceptance to such revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or any amendments thereto, please do not participate or continue to participate in this category.
In the event of any disputes, the decision of NAC shall be final and binding. The failure of NAC to enforce at any time any of these Terms shall in no way be interpreted as a waiver of such Term or waiver of any subsequent or other breach, nor shall any delay on the part of NAC in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms prevent or hinder the exercise of that right or remedy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose.
